Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw or Rino.

Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
3. What included in products ?
It is included inflatable materials, blower, carry bags, repair kit bags(including the same colors material, glue), ropes.
4. Are the Inflatables Suitable for Outdoors ?
Yes, the inflatable are entirely suitable for Outdoors.
5. Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements ?
Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL.
6. How to Repair a Inflatables ?
We have manual of how to repair inflatables, also have a video from youtube, can send you by emails.
7. What kind of guarantee you give ?
Our inflatable tent can be used for more than 2 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.
8. Are there any limitations when using at warm or cold temperatures ?
Owing to material characteristics, tents and their support frames are operational between -30°C to +70°C. Please also read the operating instructions to this. Please refer to instruction manual.
9. How can we install the inflatable products ?
It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, Open the package of inflatables and blower. Power on the blower and inflate it. Each products we have manual inside packages to help you.
10. Which kinds of business cooperation do we accept ?
We accept all kinds of business cooperation such as OEM, ODM, brand agent and wholesales etc. We can provide the free charge 3D drawing.
11. How do I clean the inflatable items ?
Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.
12. What is the warranty ?
We have a two year warranty which covers workmanship, parts and materials. If damage resulted from stupidity or neglect we may charge a nominal fee for repair. If smaller problems can repair by yourself, we will send free repair kits and video for help.
13. Your products meet CE requirement ?
Yes, our products have passed the certificates of CE, UL, SGS, Rohs .
14. How about the production and delivery ?
Production time: 3-15 days, according to your quantity and exact orders .
Delivery time: 3-7 days by express or by air ; 20-30 days by boat .
